Humidifier unit was leaking badly, submitted an appointment request online, received a call from RES promptly, the technician Maged came out first thing this morning and quickly fixed the issue. Maged is always on time, helpful, and gets the job done right. All of RES techs, including their office personnel, are wonderful and there when you need them.

I am a first time home owner and my AC unit has failed within three months of purchasing my home. This company was not only quick to respond (same day appointment) but provided superb service as well! They informed me of a yelp deal to bring down the total cost of the service they provided. My dual compressor crapped out on me and they were able to replace it on the spot!!! The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and made sure all my question and concerns were answered. They are practicing COVID procedures which includes a face mask, gloves and booties for their shoes. I would give them a 10/10 if I could, I highly recommend this company for AC services.

As usual, the level of service was TOP NOTCH! This is the third time I have used Residential Express Services Heating & AC, and I will continue to use them AND refer others to them based on my overall experience with this company. I had to contact them (all three times) after hours and each time they walked me through some steps (via text) to determine if I could resolve the issue on my own. That ALONE sets them apart from the rest. Don't go to the *other* business with the annoying sing-song ads. Their ads alone make my skin crawl. These guys are truly at the top of the list and don't have to rely on annoying gimmicks. Their work and efficiency speaks for itself. You will NOT regret it!
